Mugu trek follows through the southern Humla with amazing views of foothills Himalayas,hills,forest to very dry land.The trail leads along the Karnali River where we can find castes like Khasas,Byanis,Thakuris,Bhramins and others.Mugu trek ends at Rara lake.The area is a home for hundreds of species if trees ,plants,birds and animals.This trek can also be done in reverse beginning from Mugu or Jumla upwards.The high field and forests mixed with the Khasa culture and villge provide a unique exrerience of southern Humla.
