It

Karnali zone .The valleys are generally,V-shaped.The
center one of these valleys is known
as Nang-rang.Each river and mountain
belongs to one or the other demon
or deity.Mountains have different
shapes such as spherical,sharp,pointed,triangular
and rectangular.Shey Shikar ,Kanjelarwa,Tsho
Karpo,Tsokal Po Khang and Kanjoroba
among others are some of the wel known
mountains here. Some of the wild animals
is found over here.One can listen
to lion's roaring and see tiger leopard,bear
etc.there are darker caves where monks
and mediator go years of spiritual
journeys.It is sparsely populated
region.Its population by the end of
the year 2004 was 18,000 only.people
here lack modern facilities such as
schools,hospitals and transportation.Springs,
brooks and rivers are seen everywhere.
